Recaps of Top Players, Highlights, & More from the 2022 2D Sports All-Star Game.
The 2022 2D Sports All-Star Games took place this past Sunday at LA Tech & Memphis, TN which saw 120+ of the Top Prospects seen at 2D events compete and celebrate their success. Each player received free a free 2D jersey and hat, free Marucci gear, and saw live action against other top prospects in the region. Let's recap all that happened:

UNCOMMITTED NAMES TO KNOW:
Braeden Scherzer: Uncommitted 2024 from Tomball (TX), the lefty-swinging MIF had a very productive day at the plate for Upperclass Team White with a 3B & 2B while also charing an 86mph INF Velo at the ASG Combine.
Hunter Azemar: Uncommitted 2023 Catcher showed some power at the plate knocking 2 out just foul, but also put a throw on the money for Upperclass Team White.
Keaton Baird: 2023 RHP from Collierville (TN) looked sharped during his outing for Memphis Team White at the Memphis ASG. Mixed a FB/CB with the sharp breaker fooling hitters.
Jordan Luna: Uncommitted 2024 from Opelousas Catholic (LA), Jordan was Game 1 MVP for Upperclass Team White going 2-3 with a 2B & RBI. Solid defensively in the INF both games.
Holden Robinson: Big day for the 2024 Christian Brothers (TN) product as he smacks a 2B & 3B for Memphis Team White! Outfielder charted 90mph Exit Velo during the Memphis ASG Combine.
Kennedy Leggett: Uncommitted 1B from St. Louis Catholic, Kennedy tallied a 3 hit game, including the walk-off RBI single in the 7th, for Upperclass Team White at LA Tech. He also showcased power at the plate at the ASG Combine by sending 2 over in BP and one off the wall in the power alley.
Gavin Bledsoe: After a great showing at the Scout Games Championships, Gavin competed his way into the Memphis ASG where he tallied 2 hits on the day for Team White, one including this double. 2023 INF from Pisgah (MS)
Sam Oakley: Coming off a great performance during the summer, Sam had a great showing at the Underclass ASG, including this triple into the opposite gap for Underclass Team White.
Thomas Allen: Uncommitted 2025 RHP from Benton (LA), Thomas has burst onto the scene this year as one of the best arms in the loaded 2025 LA class. That's no exception during his outing at the Underclass ASG for Team Black on Sunday. Game 1 MVPitcher.
Clenon Hardin: Multi-hit day for the Memphis ASG MVP Clenon Hardin of Team White. 2024 from Univ. School of Jackson (TN) was 3-3 with 2 2B & a 1B off the wall.
Jackson Beddoe: After a great showing at the Scout Games Championships, Jackson earned his invite to the ASG Combine and has impressed in every showing. Game 1 MVP for Underclass Team Black, Jackson was 3-4 with a 2B, 2 1B, 3 RBI, & 2 R while also charting an 85mph INF Velo at the ASG Combine.
Jordan Kirshbaum: 2024 Memphis product at Memphis Univ. School (TN) had a solid day at the plate for Team Black at the Memphis ASG. RBI Double here for his squad:
Devyn Downs: Intriguing prospect to follow, 2027 Devyn Downs lit up the radar with some high numbers as only an 8th grader. Devyn earned his ASG Combine invite during his solid performances at the 2D Youth Select Series and found his way onto the Underclass ASG roster.

Are you an Uncommitted 2023 or 2024 still looking for a shot at the next level? Request Your Invite to the 2D Sports Uncommitted Games October 8 in Baton Rouge, LA. The Uncommitted Games will consist of 40 of the Southeast's top Uncommitted 2023/2024 players selected from 2Dsports Tournaments/Showcases/ASG Combines/Coach Nominations or by REQUEST. Players will go through a Pro-Style Combine in the morning followed by a Double Header in the afternoon.
